Every room here takes a minimum stay of 31 nights. That is a local requirement, not a preference. It applies to all six rooms, in both states, with no exceptions, so if you need somewhere for a weekend this is not it and you should not waste your time reading further.
What it is good for is the opposite case: a work assignment, a few months between homes, a stretch of weeks near somebody in hospital, a rotation. The rooms are furnished, the terms are month to month, and there is no lease.
What a stay costs
It depends on the room and your dates. Her booking site shows the whole total for your dates before you book.
Cleaning, deposit and tax are quoted by her booking engine when you pick dates. Nothing on this page is a starting figure with something added later.

In Los Angeles, what you book is the whole apartment. It sleeps five, it has bunk beds, and it suits a family.
